SFTR Nominee Forum

 

Format:


1. To Begin: Each nominee will be given 2 minutes to discuss his/her background and reasons for running for Board Director. Order will be determined by random draw.

2. Question Period: Questions will be drawn at random from questions that have been submitted by Owners in advance. Each nominee will get a new, randomly drawn question in a rotating order and will be given 1 minute to respond. Each nominee will receive 3 questions during this section and an opportunity to answer 1 additional question, that being one already asked of another nominee.

3. Closing Statement: Each nominee will be given 2 minutes to summarize reason(s) to be elected.

4. If any nominee cannot participate, a pre-submitted 2 minute statement will be read out loud by the moderator during the Closing Statement period.

5. The Forum will be available for Owners through Facebook’s live feed.

6. The nominees and audience are encouraged to mingle at the conclusion of the Forum.

 
Rules

1. Moderator will keep time and announce if time expires. Order will be determined by random draw. Questions will be repeated for each nominee to insure clarity and understanding.

2. Owners are encouraged to submit questions (no limit – all anonymous) by emailing commcomm@santafetrailranch.com on or before August 21. Please note that the Communication Committee will screen and reword/revise, as necessary, to get a consistent, understandable format for all questions. Committee may add questions during this process to insure coverage of the
range of potential discussion points.
3. Questions will not be published or distributed in advance.
