UPDATE 08/14/2024 - 7:30AM - Road Closure Notification:

Friday August 16, 2024 road will be closed 0830 until completion. Fishers Peak Parkway between Alpine Meadows up the hill to the area of lots F16 and F20. The Ditch Rats are replacing a section of the main water line that has been particularly troublesome over the years. This should only take one day with very little interruption in water service. Please plan accordingly.

UPDATE 06/11/2024 - 8:00AM - Cotton Wood Canyon recently graded and leveled. Road conditions are dry and in good shape.

 UPDATE 03/07/2024 - 8:00AM - All roads are now clear and for the most part dry. Just a few spots with some light mud and moisture as the last of the snow melts off.

UPDATE 02/01/2024 - 8:00AM - Tom has now cleared the main roads and currently working on clearing some of the outlying roads on the ranch.
