Recently there have been questions as to how a resident can find another residents email on the new web site. In looking into the answer of this question we noticed many of the residents, in their profile on the site (their profile) have the check box "hold in confidence" for their email, checked. If you want residents to be able to communicate with you via email, you must go into your profile and uncheck that box. Your email address will then be searchable by Property Owners, not the general public. Please refer to the Property Owners Users for detailed instructions.
